Oh NO! Giant blue bears and white martians have invaded Portland! Run! Run! : - )
That is really a giant blue bear, but wait a minute, what is he doing? is he peeping inside the building windows? Is he a giant peeping bear? A voyeur bear?
I've seen the blue bear before but wish I knew who made it. I'd look him/her up
